What's Hip-Hop Fit
About?

Hip-Hop Fit is a high energy cardio dance class experience. Burn a minimum of 200 to over 700+ calories, build a toned body, and push your mind and body to the next level. You're the star in class and there are NO JUDGMENTS and everyone is welcome to class from beginner to advance fitness and dance levels.

The music will keep you moving, you'll have a good time all while I help you reach your fitness goals.The follow-along dance is built throughout the class. Don't think you can't do it because you can. Be apart of an environment that promotes encouragement, empowerment, and growth.

Classes are 1hour, full of dance, joy, and fun. Music played in class but not limited to hip-hop, R&B, House, Old-School, Pop and more.
